History
The HIV CARE Program was founded in 2001 to better integrate the clinical and social needs of those living with HIV in Arkansas.

To provide the highest quality of comprehensive medical care and support services to those infected or affected by HIV and to provide education, counseling, and HIV testing to those at risk in the community.
Additional Services
The HIV CARE Program is funded through the Ryan White Care ACT Part B, Part C and Part D. The HIV CARE Program provides not only HIV specialty care, but through our ARcare clinics and our clinic partners, we provide family based comprehensive medical care for our clients and their families.
