Meet our Physicians

 

West Allen, MD is a Board-Certified Family Practitioner. He earned his Medical Degree and completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Allen’s academic success was awarded with scholarships and membership in Alpha Epsilon Delta, a premedical honor society. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Amy Marie Daniel, MD is a Board-Certified Family Practitioner. She earned her Medical Degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed her Residency at the University of Arkansas Area Health Education Center, Northeast. Dr. Daniel was the recipient of the Ethel Brickley-Hicks Scholarship and Harold Hedges, III Endowed Scholarship in Family Medicine. In 2007, she was presented with the White River Rural Health Achievement Award.

 

Dr. Daniel is a member of the American Medical Society, American Academy of Family Practice, and Arkansas Medical Society.

 

 

 

 

Linda Gilliam, MD is a Board-Certified Family Practitioner. Dr. Gilliam earned her Medical Degree from Duke University, General Surgery Internship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and Family Practice Residency at the Medical College of Virginia. She earned a Master of Divinity Degree from the Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond, VA and is an Ordained Minister. Dr. Gilliam has served as Chief of Emergency Surgery at Kenner Army Community Hospital and as a Staff Physician at the Theatre of Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

 

 

Dr. Gilliam received numerous honors and distinctions while completing her education, serving in the military, and during her medical practice. She received the US Army Health Profession Scholarship and Merck Manual Award. In 1990, she was recognized with the US Army Bronze Star Medal and US Army Meritorious Service Medal. Additionally, Dr. Gilliam was honored with the American Board of Family Practice Certificate for Excellence in Research, Virginia State University Outstanding Woman Award, and Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond Audrey J. Stridiron Award for Excellence in Theological Scholarship.

 

Dr. Gilliam is a Diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners and American Board of Family Physicians. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Heart Association, Association of Black Cardiologists, Association of Clinicians for the Underserved, and National Medical Association. Dr. Gilliam is a national presenter and published author.

 

 

 

 

Terry Hunt, MD has been a Primary Care Physician at White River Rural Health Center since 1990. Dr. Hunt earned his Medical Degree from the University of Arkansas Medical School in Little Rock. Dr. Hunt has enjoyed 20 years experience as a physician.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Se Ock Sone, MD is a General Practice Physician with over 30 years of experience. She earned her Medical Degree from Korea University in Seoul and completed Internships at the National Medical Center in Seoul and Huron Hospital in Cleveland, OH. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Carl E. Vest, MD is a Family Practice Physician with a special interest in Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, Inpatient and Critical Care Medicine, and Emergency Medicine. Dr. Vest earned his Medical Degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed his Internship and Residency in Family Practice Medicine at the Area Health Education Center in Fayetteville. 

 

Dr. Vest is a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Practice. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and Arkansas Medical Society.

 

 

 

 

 

Robert R. Williamson, MD is has been a Family Practice Physician for over 30 years. Dr. Williamson has been with White River Rural Health Center for 20 years. He earned his Medical Degree from the University of Arkansas School of Medicine and completed his Family Practice Residency at the Arkansas Health Education Program in Fayetteville.

 

 

 

 

Glen Loveday, MD is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Specialist with over 30 years of experience as a physician. Dr. Loveday earned his Medical Degree from the University of Tennessee Erlanger Medical Center. He completed his Internship and Residencies from the University of Tennessee Erlanger Medical Center.

 

 

 

 

Rita Keith Albright, MD is a Board Certified Family Practice Physician at White River Rural Health Center. Dr. Albright earned her Medical Degree and completed her Residency in Family and Community Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She also holds a Law Degree and practiced as an attorney before entering the medical field.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Senthil L. Raghavan, MD is an ECGMG Certified Family Practice Physician. He completed his Residency in Family Practice Medicine from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He earned a Master’s in Public Health from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Chennai Medical College (Madras Medical College) in India. 

 

Dr. Raghavan is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is an award-winning presenter and his research is published in peer-reviewed journals.

 

 

 

 

 

E. Jason Vanderburg, MD is a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician. Dr. Vanderburg earned his Medical Degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed his Residency in Family Medicine at AHEC Fort Smith. He was awarded the Ethyl Bricky-Hicks Award for Outstanding Senior Medical Student.

 

Dr. Vanderburg is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, and Arkansas Medical Association. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Larry Killough, MD is a Family Practice Physician with over 47 years of experience and expertise in substance abuse and mental health care. Dr. Killough earned his Medical Degree from the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences and completed an Internship at Fitzsimmons General Hospital in Denver, Co. 

 

Dr. Killough is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, American Medical Association, and White County Medical Society. He has formerly served as the Medical Director of Wilbur Mills Alcohol and Substance Abuse Center, Chief of Family Practice at Central Arkansas Hospital, and White County Public Health Officer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dr. Lefler has attained the distinction as a Diplomat and Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is the Secretary-Treasurer and a Member of the Advisory Council for the District VII, Arkansas Section, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
